MIDST DESIGN — Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility & Timeframes

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there’s a defect.

Items marked as “Final Sale” at purchase are also non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate

Contact us at midstdesign@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on packing and shipping.
3. Return Shipping

Customer returns (change of mind): customer covers return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping costs.
4. Inspection & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status within 5 business days.

If approved:

Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank.

Exchanges (for the same item, if available) processed promptly upon inspection.

5. Restocking Fees

Returned items due to customer’s change of mind may incur a 10% restocking fee (common for customized home decor items).
6. Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Items beyond the 14‑day window are not eligible unless defective.

Returns without RA numbers, outside original packaging, or missing parts may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.
7. Defective or Damaged Items

Report defects or damage within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photo documentation of the issue and packaging.

We will coordinate a free return and issue either a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
8. Order Cancellations

Please contact us at midstdesigns@gmail.com if you wish to cancel or change your order within 24 hrs of purchase time.

Cancellations for custom orders must also be within 24 hours; after that, they're non-cancellable.
9. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
